A flooring adhesive launched in partnership with the Italian brand 'Chimiver'

Gazzotti Korea is drawing attention by introducing the Italian eco-friendly flooring adhesive 'Gazzotti Glue (Adesivo 2k Extra)' to the domestic market. The new product 'Gazzotti Glue' is a flooring adhesive from the Italian brand Chimiver, a product whose quality is already recognized throughout Europe.

As demand for premium products in the flooring market has grown recently, consumer demand for premium flooring adhesives has also risen. In particular, because adhesives are directly related to the health of residents, consumer interest in eco-friendly products has increased significantly. Accordingly, Gazzotti partnered with Italy's Chimiver to launch a premium flooring adhesive that satisfies both eco-friendliness and quality, and Gazzotti Korea, judging it a product befitting the luxury flooring it currently distributes, has introduced it for the first time to the domestic market.

Chimiver is a company specializing in flooring adhesives and, since its founding in 1965, has been Italy's leading company in the market for flooring adhesion, treatment, and maintenance products applicable to various types of indoor and outdoor floors. In particular, through innovative solutions and continuous investment in products for the adhesion, treatment, and maintenance of wood floors, Chimiver exports to some 60 countries worldwide. 'Gazzotti Glue' is a low-polarity, colorless and odorless polyurethane adhesive—an eco-friendly product free of solvents, water, and isocyanate resin (synthetic resin)—and is characterized by being usable on all types of wood flooring. As a two-part product, it offers outstanding adhesion, and

with high durability and water resistance, it also has the advantage of preventing peeling.

Park Jung-ho, CEO of Gazzotti Korea, said, "Gazzotti Glue is a product that combines high adhesion with eco-friendliness, making it possible to complete luxury flooring," adding, "We plan to apply the new product first when installing Gazzotti flooring, and after its quality stability and excellence are recognized, we plan to expand sales through various distribution channels."

Top-grade solid wood flooring 'Premium' line and solid wood stair materials

The top-grade solid wood flooring 'Premium' line, aimed at the high-end market, is receiving acclaim for its outstanding quality and original design.

The 'Premium' line solid wood flooring is characterized by allowing you to encounter, in the space of your choice, all the qualities that wood can display—including large and small knots and cracks that convey an elegant and soft feel. It expresses the grain and knots of the wood just as they are, and installed in an interlocking pattern across three widths, from medium to wide plank, it avoids any sense of monotony while creating a fresh, refined, and distinctive feel. Furthermore, unlike installations that cut pieces at a fixed ratio to form a stepped pattern, Gazzotti's 'Premium' is arranged at random, harmoniously expressing a freer feel during installation.

In addition, the 'Premium' line offers not only unique designs born from the experience of Italian artisans across many generations but also personalized custom designs. In particular, breaking away from standardized flooring, it can delicately reflect individual tastes through a variety of designs and surface treatments desired by the customer—such as brushing, hand made, bevelled, and wax effect finish—making it a product suited to your own special space. Moreover, it is composed of diverse and original designs, including the Italian Herringbone and Chevron patterns, the Basket Weave pattern using flooring in two sizes, and the Versailles pattern that emphasizes softness and beauty, broadening consumers' options. Gazzotti's 'Premium' line is currently installed in Italian luxury boutiques and foreign design studios—including Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Pitti Immagine—where its quality is recognized.

Along with this, Gazzotti Korea is receiving a favorable response from consumers with its 'stair materials,' which can apply the existing flooring pattern as is. In the case of conventional stair materials, because they are produced according to fixed materials and specifications, there were many cases in which the interior was visually spoiled even after installing high-end solid wood flooring. By contrast, Gazzotti Korea's stair materials can be produced to reflect individual tastes and, moreover, can connect the stairs and the flooring, realizing an interior without any sense of discord. All of Gazzotti Korea's solid wood flooring products can be installed as stair materials, and by making the tread and riser of the same material, they offer the advantage of creating an atmosphere that harmonizes with the entire space during installation. In addition, specially crafted with the excellent technical skill of Italian artisans, they show less peeling and lifting compared to other companies' products. Gazzotti Korea's stair materials are offered in two types—an 'L-type (40×75×1100–1500㎜)' and a 'U-type (40×75×1100–1500㎜)'—which can be chosen according to the space concept.

Park Jung-ho, CEO of Gazzotti Korea, said, "In the case of indoor stairs, since you step on them to go up, they must have good strength as well as a good surface condition. Our stair materials have outstanding durability and, with a variety of colors and wood species reflecting the latest interior trends, can also be used as an interior accent," adding, "All Gazzotti products are FSC-certified and, using only raw materials from forests thoroughly managed through eco-friendly methods, are safe from various harmful substances that threaten children and families, such as environmental hormones, heavy metals, and formaldehyde."

Meanwhile, visitors to Gazzotti Korea's Nonhyeon-dong showroom can see for themselves the Gazzotti 'Premium' line as well as a variety of solid wood flooring product lines and the Italian 'reclaimed wood furniture' newly launched this year. 02-540-0886
