Noroo Paint has launched 'Noroo Power Up,' a dedicated Noroo Paint application for use by its headquarters and dealers, in order to strengthen its differentiated competitiveness.
The move marks the industry's first launch of an application for headquarters and dealers that enables communication with customers, positioning Noroo Paint a step ahead in securing differentiated support and competitiveness. The Noroo application (hereinafter "the app") allows two-way communication between headquarters and dealers, and its features—such as the distribution of various training materials—along with digital consultation resources including color trends, color data, and construction case studies, are expected to offer frontline sales organizations a new approach to customer management and painting consultations.
Through the Noroo app, paint stores across the country—one of the traditional offline channels—have begun to transform into differentiated offline spaces incorporating digital content. Once users install the app, they can immediately access product certificates, catalogs, construction case studies, and more, all managed by headquarters. In addition, unlike printed materials that could not be updated after distribution, the app always keeps its resources up to date, enabling on-the-spot responses in the field.
Through the app, headquarters plans to distribute not only product and marketing materials but also broad and in-depth training resources, while promptly incorporating feedback from frontline stores to build ongoing communication with users. The app contains approximately 500 construction case studies organized into various categories, color swatches, and around 3,800 tintable color chips, helping consumers make decisions quickly. Consumers who visit a store without a concrete painting plan can view both 'Painting Work' cases and 'Self-Painting' cases together to develop a plan suited to their own home and skill level and to gain ideas. For example, someone planning to paint a bedroom can determine an overall color mood by viewing construction case studies in the 'Bedroom' category, decide which colors to use and how to apply them through the 'By Color' and 'By Style' categories, and then order specific colors using the color book available in the store. In effect, 'Painting Reviews'—popular online content—have been brought into the offline store through the app.
Now, instead of spending time browsing numerous blogs to find reviews that match their tastes, consumers can simply visit a Noroo Paint store to view a wide range of high-quality construction case studies and receive consultations. In addition, the app includes a variety of video resources, allowing users to find self-application methods, useful tips, and interior design information.
The Noroo application will serve as a significant opportunity to dramatically enhance Noroo Paint's competitiveness in a paint industry undergoing a generational shift. The company plans to establish a support system so that, once the Noroo application takes root among dealers, it can become a differentiator that competes not only with offline stores but also with online malls. 031-467-6114
